The University Assessment and Program Review Committee (UAPRC) is responsible for the design and implementation of the institutional assessment and academic program review processes.

Assessment Plans
The University of Toledo's assessment process is defined in the University Assessment Procedure Manual. The document was created by the Office of Institutional Effectiveness, in collaboration with the University Assessment and Program Review Committee.

Assessment Reports
All academic programs and co-curricular support service units affiliated with the
University Assessment and Program Review Committee are required to submit an annual
assessment report.
