Visit your New Rocket Portal to get started, view important instructions and track your progress to completing your next steps. Your login credentials are the same as those you used to apply to UToledo.

Your myUT account will be used throughout your time at UToledo. Set up your myUT account to access your UToledo email – all important information after your admission is sent to this email! This is also where you will register for classes and pay your housing deposits. To activate your myUT account, you will need your Rocket ID. You were provided a Rocket ID Number on your acceptance letter (Rocket ID has a format of R########).

Before you can apply for your first F-1 visa for entry into the United States, you need to obtain Form I-20, pay the SEVIS fee and prepare for your visa interview. For detailed information and documents, learn more about specific requirements, please follow the I-20 and visa application guide

Orientation is required for all students. At Orientation, you will get an insider look at all things Rocket life and schedule your first semester of classes with the help of your academic advisor. For more information on how to register, visit the international orientation webpage.

If you choose or are required to live on campus, you will need to pay your $40 housing application fee. This can be done on the myUT portal under the ‘Student’ tab in the ‘My Housing’ section. Click the ‘University Housing Application.’

All new students should begin checking their Rockets email account regularly for official University correspondence. Your Rockets email can be found on your myUT portal in the Student tab or at rockets.utoledo.edu
