Dr. Pentina is a Professor of Marketing at the University of Toledo. Her research interests are in the areas of internet marketing and retailing, social media marketing, and online consumer behavior. She has authored over 100 scientific publications and taught classes in over 15 marketing subjects. She founded and served as faculty director of the University of Toledo Interactive Marketing Initiative, and coordinated UT Annual Internet Marketing Conferences. Dr. Pentina is a Fulbright Research Scholar and a Fulbright Specialist. During her career in academia, she has served as journal guest editor, conference track and session chair, and reviewer for various journals. She is an Editorial Board member of the Journal of Advertising and was named Elsevier Outstanding Reviewer for the Journal of Interactive Marketing.
