Since 1930, UToledo's Neff College of Business and Innovation has prepared students to lead in an ever-changing business world. As the second-largest professional college at UToledo, we hold dual AACSB accreditation in both business and accounting — a distinction shared by only about 2% of business schools worldwide. Combined with our commitment to ensuring every Business Rocket has access to diverse experiential learning opportunities, we continue to redefine what business education can be.

Where Business Comes to Life

At Neff, Toledo becomes an extension of campus, with local businesses playing an active role in how students learn, build and grow. Our Business Career Programs Office works with students on resumes, mock interviews and landing internships and full-time roles in Toledo and beyond. At our brand-new Neff Hub for Business Solutions and Entrepreneurship, students take on real, paid work — solving live projects for outside businesses or building their own funded startups with help from fellow students.

Behind every Business Rocket is a community of faculty and staff invested in student success. Our faculty bring expertise from research, industry and entrepreneurship into the classroom, with many serving as business leaders, consultants and innovators in their fields — including a Faculty AI Fellowship working to bring artificial intelligence into teaching and curriculum. Through mentorship, collaboration and real-world insight, they help students turn classroom learning into meaningful experiences.
