Visitor and Guest Parking for Neff College of Business
ParkUToledo, a third party entity, manages parking on campus and has guest parking allocated and processed in a way that better utilizes all the lots on campus and ensures regular access to parking for students and faculty/staff.
UToledo Parking Rules
All parked vehicles on campus remain subject to fines for violations regarding handicap spaces, reserved parking, backing in without a front license plate (license plate must be visible in the aisle so it can be scanned to verify that a permit exists) and parking outside of lined spaces.
Additionally, parking permits are required at all times, including nights, weekends and in between semesters and academic breaks.
Failure to not pre-register your vehicle for events and meetings at the University can be ticketed and appeals are unlikely to be approved.

Where to Park
If purchasing an hourly or day pass, we recommend parking in Lot 1N for visiting Savage and Associates Business or Stranahan Hall. If visiting for an event or meeting, check your confirmation email for suggested parking location.
Event Parking
If you are participating in a Neff College of Business or Edward H. Schmidt Sales Professional School event and was provided an event specific parking link, you will need to pre-register your vehicle using the provided event link. Once your permit is entered, you may park in faculty or student parking during the event date and times. Parking details will be in the event confirmation and reminder emails.
UToledo students with a student parking permit can park on campus as part of your existing annual or semester parking pass. UToledo students without a permit can purchase an hourly or day pass.
Class Speaker and Meetings
If you are an invited speaker or meeting attendee please contact the department hosting you and provide your license plat state and number prior to your visit so the college or department can register a guest parking pass. Once you permit has been entered you may park in faculty or student parking during the class or meeting date and times.
