Please note that this application process is managed by the Education Abroad Office (EAO). All participants in Faculty-Led Programs must complete this application.

Before completing your application, make sure you are registered for the required course associated with the trip. For the Global Palmer Program and the College of Engineering, no course is attached.

Step 3

Log in using your UTAD credentials.

Step 4

Fill out the application.

Step 5

Hit the Submit button once your application is complete. After your application has been approved by the EAO, you will receive email notifications to complete some additional forms, including payment of the processing fee.


FAQ

What is the processing fee for?

  • The processing fee covers the travel insurance provided by the Education Abroad Office. This insurance is mandatory for all faculty-led program participants and is arranged through CISI (Cultural Insurance Services International). You will receive a copy of your insurance card prior to your departure.
