Tech419 Pitch Preparation
The five competition finalists must complete the pitch prep program to compete in
the final event showcase on October 29, 2026. The program is designed to improve founder
pitch decks and presentation skills and maximize chances of success in Tech419 and
beyond.
What to Expect
Each startup will select one person to participate in the prep program and final competition. Additional team members
are encouraged to attend training sessions, contribute to revisions, and support from
behind the scenes.
- One Digital Feedback Session - Finalists receive first round of pitch deck recommendations from incubator advisors.
- Three In-Person Practices- These 60-minute appointments allow finalists to iterate their presentations and receive feedback in real time. Each session introduces a new set of judges with unique backgrounds and perspectives.
- Ongoing Refinement Sessions - Finalists can schedule time to work directly with incubator advisors between in-person practice sessions.
Founders who are fully engaged in the process by putting in the time, applying feedback, and practicing their delivery, consistently see the strongest results, both during the competition and in future opportunities.

- Starting Pitch Decks – Friday, July 24
- Revision round 1 – Tuesday, August 11
- Revision round 2 –Wednesday, September 2
- Revision round 3 – Friday, September 25
- Final Pitch Deck – Friday, October 16
In-Person Practices
- Pitch Practice #1 – Tuesday, August 18
- Pitch Practice #2 – Thursday, September 10
- Pitch Practice # 3 – Wednesday, October 7
Final Event
- Thursday, October 29
