Adobe Software Availability at UToledo
UToledo has secured a special, highly discounted offer from Adobe for Acrobat Pro DC and Creative Cloud subscriptions. These are available for both departmental and personal purchase by students, faculty, and staff who need these products for university work or personal use.
Important Notes:
- Adobe Creative Cloud is available for personal purchase.
- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC is included at no charge as part of the standard UToledo computing environment. Most
users only need Reader DC to view and convert PDFs—no action is required if this meets
your needs.
Department Purchases:
- Departments can purchase Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft Project.
Personal Purchases:

OnTheHub
OnTheHub is an online platform dedicated to removing barriers to education by providing students and faculty with free and discounted software from the world’s leading publishers. It offers products at greatly reduced prices, helping to equip students with the tools they need to succeed. Students and educators can save up to 90% on academic software, and some products are even available for free.
To access OnTheHub, students and faculty can log in at the OnTheHub website. Some schools or departments may have their own web stores, so it’s worth checking if your institution has specific access instructions. If you don’t have a school-issued email address, you may be able to register by submitting physical proof of your academic status or entering a registration code.
