Education Program Scholarships
The herb scholars program
The University of Toledo's Herb Scholars Program is the most prestigious scholarship offered students pursing education degrees at the Judith Herb College of Arts, Social Sciences and Education. This scholarship honors Judith Herb and her family, who have a strong commitment to education and to supporting future teachers. It’s a highly competitive scholarship that recognizes students who show promise as future leaders in the classroom.
As an Herb Scholar, you'll receive a full-ride scholarship that covers all your tuition, fees, room, and board for up to 8 semesters—that’s the entire cost of your undergraduate education! This is a huge opportunity—worth about $100,000. Plus, the scholarship is renewable each year as long as you continue to make progress toward your degree in education.
But that's not all. As a Herb Scholar, you'll also get special opportunities to build your leadership skills, participate in research projects related to education, and be a part of a supportive community of students and mentors who are all passionate about making a difference in education.
This is not just a scholarship; it’s a chance to be part of something special and receive the support you need to become a future leader in education. If you are serious about becoming a teacher and making an impact, this is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
