Hon. Myron C. Duhart

Hon. Myron C. DurhartMyron C. Duhart has been a general division Judge since 2011, and has served as a commercial docket Judge since 2016. He received a B.A. in political science from Wright State University and his J.D. from The University of Toledo College of Law. Judge Duhart also received an L.L.M. in judicial studies from Duke University School of Law and has attended the Harvard Kennedy School of Government. Prior to judicial service, Judge Duhart was in private practice in the areas of business litigation, criminal law, and personal injury. He also served in the U.S. Army as a JAG Corp Officer.

Judge Duhart is a member of the Ohio, Lucas, and Toledo Bar Association where he currently serves on the board and executive committee. He serves on the Specialized Courts committee and the Civil Law and Procedure committee of the Ohio Judicial Conference. Judge Duhart also serves on the board and executive committee of The University of Toledo College of Law Alumni Board of Governors and is a past president of the Thurgood Marshall Law Association.
