Health Science Campus Artist Showcase Submission Form
- Submissions for the UToledo HSC Artist Showcase will be accepted through Monday, January 11, 2027
- Please review the Submission & Exhibition Policies (http://libguides.utoledo.edu/hscart/policies) before submitting your art for consideration
- Artists may submit up to 5 pieces of artwork. The HSC Artist Showcase Committee will decide which pieces get accepted.
- You will be notified of the status of your submissions by January 19, 2027.
- If you are unable to submit your work via this online form, please contact Jodi Jameson (jodi.jameson@utoledo.edu) to make alternate arrangements
- The HSC Artist Showcase will be held on the 4th floor of Mulford Library on the UToledo Health Science Campus from February 10 – April 5, 2027
