Letter of Recommendation from the chair

  • STEPS TO OBTAINING A DEPARTMENT OF OBGYN CHAIR LETTER  
  • Students usually seek a letter from the chair between the months of August and September.  
  • To schedule an appointment contact Courtney Wiskochil (Courtney.Wiskochil@utoledo.edu) please put “Request for Chairman Letter” in the subject line.  
  • Make sure to cc Tammy Brittian on the request email (tammy.brittian@utoledo.edu). 
  • At least one week prior to the appointment email Courtney Wiskochil (Courtney.Wiskochil@utoledo.edu) the following information:
    1. A completed LoR ERAS cover sheet  
    2. A copy of your CV 
    3. A personal statement 
    4. An unofficial copy of your transcript
    5. Step Scores
