- STEPS TO OBTAINING A DEPARTMENT OF OBGYN CHAIR LETTER
- Students usually seek a letter from the chair between the months of August and September.
- To schedule an appointment contact Courtney Wiskochil (Courtney.Wiskochil@utoledo.edu) please put “Request for Chairman Letter” in the subject line.
- Make sure to cc Tammy Brittian on the request email (tammy.brittian@utoledo.edu).
- At least one week prior to the appointment email Courtney Wiskochil (Courtney.Wiskochil@utoledo.edu) the following information:

- A completed LoR ERAS cover sheet
- A copy of your CV
- A personal statement
- An unofficial copy of your transcript
- Step Scores
