2026 AAMC Graduation Questionnaire (GQ)
All fourth-year medical students who complete AAMC's Medical School Graduation Questionnaire (GQ) during Match Week, March 16-20, will be entered in a raffle. To enter, forward your confirmation email that you will receive from the AAMC once you complete the GQ to OSAMed@utoledo.edu. (Those who complete the GQ and enter before Match Week are still eligible for raffle prizes.)
Match Week Raffles
Numerous winners will be drawn during Match Week. Prizes include gift cards and, on Match Day, grand prizes of $100! All winners will be emailed. There will be more than 75 raffles held during Match Week for prizes including Lunch From the Dean and Amazon gift cards. On Match Day, March 20, we will hold raffles for $100 Amazon Gift Cards.

- Lunch from the Dean: Submit your confirmation email by Noon ET on Tuesday, March 17 to be entered to win a Panera gift card
- Raffle for Amazon gift cards: Submit your confirmation email by Noon ET on Wednesday, March 18 to be entered to win
- Raffle for Amazon gift cards: Submit your confirmation email by Noon ET on Thursday, March 19 to be entered to win
- Raffle for Amazon gift cards: Submit your confirmation email by 9 a.m. ET on Friday, March 20 to be entered to win
- MATCH DAY GRAND PRIZES: Submit your confirmation email by 9 a.m. ET on Friday, March 20 to be entered to win (all previous entries eligible)
Match Day Grand Prize Raffles
During our Match Day ceremony at 11:30 a.m. ET on Friday, March 20, we will draw at least four $100 Amazon gifts cards (all previous entries throughout the week and other raffle winners will be eligible).
As GQ student participation increases, we will add more drawings, one for every 5% participation starting at 65%.

All raffle winners will be notified via email. Gift cards will be emailed directly to students' UToledo Rockets email by the end of March.
About the GQ
On February 14, a unique link to the GQ is sent from GQ@aamc.org to eligible students. Each link is private and individualized so do not forward the link to anyone else. For those who cannot find the link, send an email to GQ@aamc.org.
More than four decades since it was first administered, the national questionnaire is completely confidential and is an important tool for medical schools to use in program evaluation and to improve the medical student experience. From pre-clinical, clinical and elective experiences to general medical education and readiness for residency, the GQ measures multiple subjects and is vital to medical schools to assess strengths and areas that need improvement.
