Certificate Development and Financial Aid

Certificate: A formal award certifying the satisfactory completion of an organized program of study at the postsecondary level. Certificates should be designed as building blocks toward future degrees and with the intent of articulating the program into the next degree.

Certificates must have a minimum of nine credidt hours.

Student must meet any residency requirement established by the college or school recommending the certificate.

Undergradaute certificates that are over 30 credit hours or tenchnical certificates that lead to a license or third-party industry certification will required ODHE approval.

Graduate certificates over 21 credit hours will required ODHE approval.
