A lot of activities can promote our mental health, especially when practiced regularly.
Journaling
Engaging in a Hobby
Hobbies can be anything you enjoy doing, such as:
- Cooking
- Playing video games
- Exercising
- Reading
- Listening to music
Coloring/Drawing
Seeking Support from Others
Talking to someone else can help us feel more connected and give us a chance to "release" things we may have been "bottling up." Sometimes, just being in the presence of other people can help too, such as sitting in a busy coffee shop or walking around a crowded mall.
