Education Living Learning Community

The Education Living Learning Community is an exciting community open to all students majoring in education-related programs or planning on going into education related careers. This community creates an environment that will allow students to grow professionally both in and outside the classroom.

As a resident of the Education LLC, you will be part of an academic-centered community and will benefit from special programming and social events to enhance your focus. The Education LLC provides an opportunity for you to live among your classmates and peers – the educators of tomorrow.

The Education Living Learning Community is located in Ottawa East, a suite-style residence hall.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Majoring in Early Childhood, Adolescent Young Adult, Middle Childhood, Multi-Age Education or Special Education
  • Live in Ottawa East, a suite-style residence hall
  • Additional $50 programming fee applied to housing bill per semester.

HOW TO APPLY

  • Select the Education Living Learning Community on the "Specialized Community Selection" page of your University Housing Application as a preference and agree to terms.
  • When you go in to select a room, spaces within this community will now appear in addition to all general rooms not specific to any communities.
