RESIDENT ADVISER EMPLOYMENT APPLICATION

The Resident Adviser Employment Application is now closed.  Review of applications will start immediately and you will be contacted about scheduling an interview if you are selected. 

V/RA individual interviews are tentatively scheduled for Friday, February 12, 2015 . V/RA group interviews (Group Process) are tentatively scheduled for Saturday, February 13, 2015 . All eligible applicants must complete both the individual and group interview.   

HPLLC AMBASSADOR APPLICATION

The HPLLC Ambassador is a member of The University of Toledo Office of Residence Life staff directly responsible to the Hall Director, Presidents Hall and HPLLC. The HPLLC Ambassador is an integral part of The University's effort to meet the educational, social, and emotional needs of students. In all activities, the HPLLC Ambassador recognizes that service to students is a top priority. The HPLLC Ambassadors serve residents by providing programming, leadership and individual connection. HPLLC Ambassadors will help their mentees connect to The University of Toledo, Presidents Hall and the HPLLC. 

Some critical job responsibilities include but are not limited to building relationships with students, community development, having a presence in the hall, fostering a positive and inclusive environment, recognizing and assisting with student concerns, programming, conflict resolution, communication, role modeling good behavior (academically and relating to student conduct on and off-campus), mentoring, coaching and goal setting, attending staff meetings and trainings, following various administrative procedures, and other duties as assigned.    

HPLLC Ambassadors must have completed one year of living in the HPLLC, prior to their appointment. In addition, HPLLC Ambassadors must live in Presidents Hall for the 2016-2017 academic year.
