How to Schedule an Appointment

Step 1

Go to utoledo.mywconline.com.

Step 2

Enter your UToledo email and password. If you haven't scheduled an appointment before, you will need to register for an account.

Select the calendar for the location you wish to make your appointment at.

Click log in.

Step 3

Click on an appointment time. Each box is a 30-minute block.

Step 4

Fill out the form.

Choose Drop-Off or Live Chat
What's the difference?

  • Drop-Off — You do not have to be present for a Drop-Off appointment. Click on any available appointment time, and the tutor will use that time slot to provide feedback on your document. If you choose a Drop-Off appointment, upload your paper and the assignment sheet (if applicable) at the bottom of the appointment form. Then, watch your email for a notification that your appointment has been modified or that someone has responded to your paper.
  • Live Chat — Live Chat appointments allow you to meet with the Writing Consultant in an online setting. If you choose a Live Chat appointment, log back in to this website approximately five to ten minutes before the start of your appointment. Then, open the appointment and click "Start or Join Live Chat."

Click submit.
