"Hope is Not a Business Strategy" Author to be Celebrated at Book Signing Event on Dec. 6

The University of Toledo Family Business Center and John B. and Lillian E. Neff College of Business and Innovation Alumni Affiliate invite you to a book signing and celebration for "Hope is Not a Business Strategy.” The signing will be on Tuesday, Dec. 6 from 4-6 p.m. in the Schmakel Lounge in the Center for Alumni and Donor Engagement (4510 Dorr St Toledo, OH 43615).

"Hope is Not a Business Strategy" was authored by UToledo alumnus and local businessman Chuck Knabusch. Chuck will be present to sign copies of his book, talk about his approach to writing this book, what he learned through the process, and share a few of his favorite pieces of advice. Copies of the book will be available to purchase for $17 with the profits going to the UToledo Family Business Center.

Chuck has spent his entire adult life in “operations,” managing everything from supply chains to production floors to systems integrations. His 30+ year career has ultimately revolved around taking charge, fixing systemic problems, and delivering lasting results for business owners. Throughout the book, Chuck shares real-life examples and concise strategies that can have even the most over-extended businessperson on the road to better daily practices.

Complimentary hors d'oeuvres and beverages will be served. The event is free but seats are limited. Registration is required to attend.
