Concept Rehab provides rehab and specialized services under a variety of models to help post-acute care providers achieve their goals in the therapy space and beyond. These models include:
Full Contract service model where we transfer the entire therapy department management and staffing to Concept Rehab managers, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists.
In-House Management model blends the traditional service delivery model of an in-house program with the addition of management and overbite by an experienced Concept Rehab service provider.
Specialty Programs includes consultation services to post-acute providers who need assistance or strategy development with specific components of therapy services. We provide analysis, comparative analytics, work plans, templates and compliance services.
