UToledo Main Campus Testing Services Hours

FALL/SPRING SEMESTER HOURS*

  • Monday 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
  • Tuesday 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
  • Wednesday 8:30 a.m. – 8 p.m.
  • Thursday 8:30 a.m. – 8 p.m.
  • Friday 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
  • Expanded hours exam week

*Students must arrive early enough to complete all tests by closing, based on the allowed test time. 

*Hours vary when classes are not in session: semester breaks, observed holidays, and inclement weather. Evening hours are only offered when classes are in session. The Testing Center is closed for all University holidays, including Winter Break. Closed summers.

FALL EXAM WEEK HOURS

  • Evening hours are expanded to Monday - Thursday for exam week only, Dec. 8 - 11, 2025: 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.
  • Friday, Dec. 12: 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
  • Evening hours will not be offered between semesters and will resume at the start of the spring semester.

All tests must be completed by close, regardless of alloted test time. Students should arrive early enough to receive full testing time.

FALL 2025 REDUCED HOLIDAY HOURS

Thanksgiving Holiday:

  • The Main Campus Testing Center will be closed Wed. Nov. 26 - Fri. Nov. 28 for Thanksgiving.
  • Regular hours will resume Mon., Dec. 1, 2025.

Winter Break:

  • The Main Campus Testing Center will be closed Wed., Dec. 24 - Fri., Jan 2 for Winter Break.
  • Reduced hours resume Mon., Jan 5: 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
  • Regular hours resume at the start of spring semester Mon., Jan. 26.

SUMMER CLOSURE

The Main Campus Test Center closes annually in the third week of May and resumes operations in August the week before the fall semester start.

PARKING

Parking on campus requires a permit at all times. Online students who choose to park on campus to take a test in the UToledo Testing Center have three options:

INCLEMENT WEATHER

The University is located in Lucas County, Ohio and will close when Lucas County declares a Level 3 Snow Emergency.
