UToledo Main Campus Testing Services Hours

FALL/SPRING SEMESTER HOURS*

• Monday 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
• Tuesday 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
• Wednesday 8:30 a.m. – 8 p.m.
• Thursday 8:30 a.m. – 8 p.m.
• Friday 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
• Expanded hours exam week

*Students must arrive early enough to complete all tests by closing, based on the allowed test time. 

*Hours vary when classes are not in session: semester breaks, observed holidays, and inclement weather. Evening hours are only offered when classes are in session. The Testing Center is closed for all University holidays, including Winter Break. Closed summers.

Exam Week Hours

• Evening hours are expanded to Monday, December 14 - Thursday, December 17 for exam week only: 8:30 a.m. - 8 p.m.
• Friday, December 18: 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

All tests must be completed by close, regardless of alloted test time. Students should arrive early enough to receive full testing time.

Faculty are highly encouraged to send tests and request forms at least one week in advance of exam week.

Evening hours will not be offered between semesters.

Holiday Hours

The Main Campus Testing Center will be closed in observance of the following extended holidays:

The Testing Center will close for Thanksgiving Break beginning Wednesday, November 25 and reopen Monday, November 30, 2026.

The Testing Center will close for Winter Break beginning Thursday, December 24, 2026 and reopen Monday, January 4, 2027.

Summer Closure

The Main Campus Test Center closes annually in the third week of May and resumes operations in August the week before the fall semester start.

Parking

Parking on campus requires a permit at all times. Online students who choose to park on campus to take a test in the UToledo Testing Center have three options:

• Purchase a guest pass 
• Pay to park in a metered lot
• Purchase a student permit for the semester

Inclement Weather

The University is located in Lucas County, Ohio and will close when Lucas County declares a Level 3 Snow Emergency.
