Do I need to register for an account?
No, our sign in process has updated, and you only need to log in with your UTAD credentials. No need to register for an account. If you are still being prompted to register, your link is outdated. Please use the links on our main Work Request page to update any bookmarks you may have saved on your computer.

How do I log in?
Once you click the blue box to enter a Maintenance and Custodial Work Order Request, you will be prompted to enter your UTAD Credentials.

How do I submit a Work Order?
Click the blue Maintenance and Custodial Request box, log in with your UTAD Credentials and you are taken to the WO submittal page. Simply fill out as much information as needed (Anything with a red check box is required), and hit submit to enter your request.

What Happens after I hit submit?
You will receive an email informing you your request has been received by our Work Control Department. Your Work Order will then be assigned to the appropriate F&C staff member to complete. You will also receive email notifications each time the work order is updated.

Can I track my requests?
YES! When you are logged into the Work Order request page, you will see a tab at the top named “My Requests” You can click this tab to see a list of all previously submitted work orders, the status of those requests and also any action taken on each request.

My request is an emergency! Do I still need to submit online?
If your request is a TRUE emergency, please call the Work Control Center directly to get immediate assistance. 419-530-1000

I need to make changes to/cancel a request after it is submitted.
Contact our Work Control Center at 419-530-1000 and they will be happy to update your request.
