Future Students
Admission Requirements:
- Age 18 or older
- Completion of high school
- Intellectual or developmental disability
The students are required to demonstrate the following.

- Functional communication skills (independent skills using voice, sign, and/or assistive technology)
- Basic skills in functional literacy and math
- Independent self-help skills
- Health and Wellness
- Ability to attend and participate in a college length course
- Ability to maintain appropriate behavior in a variety of settings
- Ability to accept feedback and direction from others and modify performance
- Motivation to complete assignments and continue learning at the postsecondary level
- Independent travel skills across campus and have access to transportation to and from campus classes/ activities
- Family/guardians support of student’s education and development of independence

- Download the completed forms above and email to the Toledo Transition (T2) Program Admissions Committee

- Selection decisions will be made no later than early April of the upcoming academic year
