Nitschke Technology Commercialization Complex
The Nitschke Technology Commercialization Complex (NT) is a 40,000 square-foot facility that boasts large, flexible spaces ready for customization. The building supports wet and dry labs, pilot manufacturing, offices, and coworking space. To efficiently and effectively serve its clients, the commercialization complex can accommodate small businesses and their rapid growth - starting from one person in the group workstation center and evolving to open environments of up to 3,000 square feet for lab, office, or light manufacturing space.

The building offers a variety of leasable options dedicated cubicles to private offices, and larger rooms capable of accommodating lab or manufacturing equipment and multiple staff members.

Available for tenant use, the incubator offers reservable conference rooms with equipment that easily enables video conferencing, presentation projection, and multimedia playback.
Community Kitchenettes
Both floors of the building have kitchen areas equipped with refrigeration, microwaves, and nook seating for meal preparation and eating.
Secured Swipe Access
The building is publically accessible Monday through Friday from 8 am - 5 pm, but tenants and coworking members have 24/7 access to the building with their affiliate swipe card.
Utilities and Amenities

Our open coworking space features a variety of seating options, and four cubicles available to our members on a first come, first served basis.
As an added bonus, tenants interested in upfront payment of a 1-year membership will receive two months free.

Renting a cubicle in our dedicated coworking space provides a cost-effective alternative to leasing a traditional office.
