How do I sign-in to Admin Pages?
The Banner 9 Admin Pages use your UTAD sign in.

My Banner 9 is acting strangely (spinning, not showing forms, showing a service invocation error, etc)
Many times you can fix these issues by clearing your cache. This is often needed after an update. Instructions can be found on our Browser Cache Information Page.

What browsers are supported?  - Chrome (Recommended), Firefox, Safari, Microsoft Edge. PLEASE NOTE Internet Explorer is no longer supported.

How can I access Admin Pages off campus? – Admin Pages can only be accessed from a campus network. If you are off campus you'll have to use a remote solution (VPN, Remote Access, VLAB) to access admin pages. Please visit our Remote Access page.

How do I resolve a server error when logging in? - Make sure connected to UToledo network, VPN, Virtual Lab

What can I do to avoid other common issues?

  • Remember to sign out when leaving Banner. Sign out button is in left side menu.
  • When leaving a form close the form out by clicking the X in the upper left hand corner of form rather than going to a new form.
  • Remember to use a remote access solution when working from home
  • Clear Browser Cache if you are having issues
  • If you need further assistance put in a help ticket.
