Pediatric Residency Program

The University of Toledo Pediatric Residency Program combines the best of academic medicine with community-based clinical training to provide a high quality education to future pediatricians.

The University of Toledo Pediatric Residency Program brings together academic and clinical faculty to provide competency-based pediatric education that prepares the resident for a future in academic fellowships or general pediatrics. We strongly believe that our size ensures that each resident receives the individual attention needed to meet their educational goals and the complex needs of pediatric patients and their families.

The University of Toledo College of Medicine and Life Sciences has an affiliation with local health system ProMedica and a unique partnership with its key children's facility, Russell J. Ebeid Children's Hospital. This partnership insures access to the greatest number of patients, medical conditions and specialists. Through this partnership, the UToledo Pediatric Residency offers comprehensive pediatric training and research while providing excelled patient care.
