Application
Applicants should be completing (or have completed) a doctoral degree in clinical
psychology (APA/CPA-accredited), including an APA/CPA-accredited internship. Preference
will be given to applicants with previous experience in neuropsychology. All degree
requirements must be completed before the start date. A doctoral training verification
form signed by the applicant’s Director of Clinical Training or dissertation chair
must be submitted with the application.
We prefer that applicants use the APPA CAS portal to apply for our program; this portal is available through the APPIC.org website. If for any reason the APPA CAS portal is not used, electronic submissions are required. Applicants should send a letter of interest, curriculum vita, graduate transcripts,
doctoral training verification form, two sample reports (identifying information removed),

419-383-3184). We will conduct interviews virtually, those invited for interviews
will be informed in early January with 45-minute interviews being scheduled in mid-to-late
January.
Our program participates in the annual neuropsychology postdoctoral match through
National Matching Services. Applicants must register with NMS to participate in the match. Our program match
code is 8421 - Lifespan. Match rankings by applicants and programs are always due the 2nd Wednesday in February
and Match Day is always the 3rd Wednesday in February.
