Reputation Campaign
As part of our Strategic Plan goal to improve and strengthen our national and international reputation, the Office of Marketing and Communications developed a monthly promotional series to highlight innovative research and UToledo's public impact.
Goal: Increase national and international awareness of the breadth and scope of UToledo
research and value as a public university.
Marketing objectives:
- Raise public awareness and support for UToledo and higher education
- Enhance the national and international prominence of UToledo faculty and scholars
Audience: Alumni, donors, higher education peers, legislative officials and research partners
Strategy: The campaign includes direct mail pieces, targeted emails with embedded video links,
digital marketing campaigns in industry-specific publications, strategic earned media
placements, sponsored media and a campaign-specific website showcasing the monthly
features
