Summer 2026
Start Date: May 9, 2026
End Date FWS: August 21, 2026
End Date Non-FWS: August 21, 2026
- ePAF submissions open: May 1, 2026
- Approvals may be delayed until spring grades are posted (May 6, 2026) for students near eligibility thresholds.
FALL 2026 - 2027
(Full Academic Year)
For December graduates, use fall-only dates below.
Start Date: Aug. 22, 2026
End Date FWS and Spring Graduates: May 7, 2026
End Date Non-FWS: May 14, 2026
ePAF Submission Schedule:
- July 6, 2026: Students who did not take summer classes
- Aug. 7, 2026: Students who did take summer classes
FALL 2026 ONLY
Start Date: Aug. 22, 2026
End Date FWS: Dec. 23, 2026
End Date Non-FWS: Dec. 23, 2026
End Date Fall Graduaates: Dec. 18, 2026
Spring 2027 ONLY
Start Date: Jan. 2, 2027
End Date FWS and Spring Graduates: May 1, 2027
End Date Non-FWS: May 8, 2027
Please note: There is a short gap between semesters due to grade processing. Students not employed for the full academic year may experience a temporary break in eligibility.
