Michael R. Miller - Chair (2029)
Michael R. Miller was appointed to the UToledo Board of Trustees in 2021. He is Chair
of the UToledo Board of Trustees for 2025-26.
Dr. Eleanore Awadalla - Vice Chair (2031)
Dr. Eleanore Awadalla was appointed to the UToledo Board of Trustees in 2019. She
is Vice Chair of the UToledo Board of Trustees for 2025-26. Awadalla also serves as
Chair of the Trusteeship and Governance Committee and as a member of the UToledo Health
Board.
Stephen P. Ciucci (2027)
Stephen P. Ciucci was appointed to the UToledo Board of Trustees in 2018. He is Chair
of the Finance and Audit Committee. Ciucci also serves on the UToledo Health Board.
Lidia B. Ebersole (2032)
Lidia B. Ebersole was appointed to the UToledo Board of Trustees in 2023. She is Chair
of the Academic and Student Affairs Committee.
Zac Isaac (2030)
Zac Isaac was appointed to the UToledo Board of Trustees in 2022. He is Chair of the
UToledo Health Board.
