Jennifer Archer

Jennifer Archer is the Director of Community Engagement at UToledo Health, where she develops and implements strategies for community engagement and clinical outreach. As co-chair of Healthy Lucas County and a member of UToledo Health’s Health Equity Committee, she is dedicated to promoting health equity and access to healthcare services. Additionally, she plays an important role in the new Mobile Health Unit, which provides essential health screenings, education, and services to underserved populations in northwest Ohio.
Jennifer is dual-certified as a Youth and Mental Health First Aid trainer and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Leadership at the University of Toledo. Before joining UToledo Health, she served as the Senior Director of Communications and Engagement at United Way of Greater Toledo and held the position of Executive Director of Sylvania Arts for seven years, during which she also took on the role of interim Executive Director during a leadership transition.
Outside of her professional work, Jennifer actively volunteers with several local organizations, including the Islamic Food Bank, Sylvania Area Family Services, and Sylvania Arts. She is also a member of the Care Team at the National Youth Foundation’s annual National Leadership Conference. Originally from Michigan, Jennifer earned her undergraduate degree in Organizational Communications from Eastern Michigan University.
