Gina Luck-Deitsch

Gina Luck-Deitsch

Gina has been a proud Rocket employee for eight years and has spent more than 15 years working in higher education. She began her career at The University of Toledo as a Success Coach before joining the Main Campus Testing Center as an Educational Technologist. She now serves as an Accessibility Specialist in the Office of Accessibility and Disability Resources, where she is passionate about creating access, supporting students, and fostering meaningful, transformational relationships.

Gina earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Lourdes College, followed by a Master’s Degree in Educational Technology and a Graduate Certificate in Disability Studies from The University of Toledo.

Outside of work, Gina lives in southeast Michigan with her husband, Brennan, and their daughter, Angela, who was born with an ultra-rare genetic disorder called CASK. Her family has given her a unique perspective on disability, accessibility, and the importance of creating inclusive environments. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, decorating her home, reading (yay, BookTok!), and, more recently, thrifting.
