Dagmar Martin
Dagmar is currently the Department Administrator for Surgery and Urology in the College of Medicine and Life Sciences. In this role, Dagmar is responsible for fiscal, operational, and administrative management of both departments. She earned a BBA in Finance from the University of Toledo in 1992 and an MBA from the University of Toledo in 1995.
This is Dagmar’s second time at the University of Toledo. The first time, she spent 9 years as the Director of Product Management in Finance at the former Medical College of Ohio. After leaving for several years to raise a family, she returned to the University of Toledo and served as the Business Manager for Ambulatory Service – UTMC, before serving in her current position.
Dagmar is a recipient of The Dean’s Award for Leadership Staff Excellence in 2024 from the College of Medicine and Life Science and the Shining Star Award from UTMC in 2019.
In her free time, Dagmar enjoys traveling with her family, camping and hiking.
