Self-Care
Another aspect to keep in mind while focusing on addressing anxiety is your overall self-care. Like we talked about in the first workshop, sleep hygiene is one of the best self-care strategies because it affects everything else about your health. In addition to practicing good sleep hygiene, exercise, a balanced diet, minimal caffeine use, and pleasurable activities are also important in maintaining a healthy mind and body.
