Bio
Dr. Benjamin George is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Information Systems and Supply Chain Management at the University of Toledo, USA. He received his Ph.D. in Management Science from the University of North Texas. In addition, he holds a Master’s in Business Administration in Decision Technologies and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Decision Science both from the University of North Texas.
He has authored publications in more than a dozen journals and in excess of forty conference presentations and proceedings in a variety of quantitative and analytical business topics. Journals in which his published articles have appeared include Information and Management, Decision Sciences, International Journal of Accounting Information Systems, Journal of Electronic Commerce Research, Journal of Modeling in Management, The Contemporary Tax Journal, Electronic Commerce Research and Applications, Quality Management Journal and Quality and Quantity.
Dr. George is also an Associate Editor for the Journal of Business Analytics and as well as a reviewer for a variety of national and international journals, publishers and conferences.
His current research interests include Novel Applications of Text Mining Techniques, Operational Analytics, E-commerce and electronic Word of Mouth and the Evolution of Business Analytics.
