Bio
Dr. Meng Huang earned her Ph.D. in Accounting from the University of Kentucky in 2020. Before pursuing a Ph.D. degree in accounting, Dr. Meng Huang worked as an Adjunct Professor at Eastern Illinois University. At The University of Toledo, Dr. Huang teaches Data Analytics in Accounting, and Financial and Managerial Accounting courses.
Dr. Huang's research interests focus on stock repurchases, analysts and financial reporting quality. She has published research papers in a variety of high-quality journals, including Accounting Horizon, Journal of Accounting and Economics, and Journal of Computer Information Systems.
Her research was also featured by influential media, including Harvard Law School Forum on Corporate Governance, and Bloomberg.
