Dan Skilliter serves as the Director of the Neff Hub for Business Solutions and Entrepreneurship at The University of Toledo's John B. and Lillian E. Neff College of Business and Innovation. In this role, he leads initiatives that connect employers, entrepreneurs, community organizations, students and faculty to strengthen workforce development, support business growth and expand experiential learning opportunities.
Dan brings more than 15 years of entrepreneurial, business ownership and leadership experience to the role. As a fourth-generation entrepreneur and family business owner, he has worked across multiple industries with a focus on strategic growth, talent development and organizational leadership. His private-sector background helps bridge the university and the Northwest Ohio business community while advancing opportunities for students, employers and entrepreneurs.
