The Alan Barry Accounting Lab is a cutting-edge facility that enhances the learning experience for accounting students while providing valuable services to the community. Made possible by a generous gift from alum Alan H. Barry, the Lab offers one-on-one tutoring, advanced accounting simulation software and resources to prepare students for crucial exams like the CPA and CMA. It also supports community tax preparation assistance.

The Accounting Advisory Council (AAC) is a group of accounting professionals who collaborate with the department's chair, faculty and students. They provide the department with valuable business insights, serving as a trusted resource and advisory body. AAC members contribute by consulting on curriculum, offering financial support, mentoring students and participating as guest speakers and panelists at various accounting events.
