VIRTUAL CAREER FAIR RESOURCEs for Employers

UToledo Career Services, Business Career Programs, Shah Center for Engineering Career Development, Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and Student Disability Services are collaborating to provide students with an opportunity to meet with recruiters and learn more about diversity, equity and inclusion hiring initiatives for Black/African Americans, Latinx, Asian Americans, Native Americans, women, people with disabilities, veterans and members of LGBTQIA+ community.

This event is an excellent way for employers to recruit diverse talent from all different academic majors and backgrounds. This campus-wide career fair is open to all University of Toledo students and recent alumni across all majors and degree levels.

HANDSHAKE'S VIRTUAL CAREER FAIR PLATFORM

Handshake Virtual Fairs is a fantastic way for employers to engage in recruiting efforts remotely. The Handshake virtual fair platform will give employers the opportunity to: 

Engage in video, audio, and chat communication with students. 
Host 5 group meetings with up to 50 students.
Conduct 1:1 student meetings scheduled in advance or after a group session. 
Share company values and documentation with students ahead of time.

Registration

The registration fee for the Virtual Diversity Opportunities Fair is $100.00 which includes one virtual booth. Proceeds from registration fees directly impact the Diversity Opportunities Fair Scholarship Program.
