About the Entrepreneurship and innovation club (eic)

The Entrepreneurship and Innovation Club (EIC) is a student-led organization that connects UToledo students from all academic programs to the local family business community. The organization is open to any student, undergraduate or graduate, that come from a family business, hope to own his or her own business, or are just curious about family business in general. Funds raised from the golf outing will go toward their travel fund, allowing students to compete in an international family business case competition, and attend and possibly even present at national conferences. These invaluable experiences provide opportunities for engagement and networking beyond what the classroom can provide, and bring a national presence and awareness to the organization and The University of Toledo.

The Family Business Student Scholarship Fund awards scholarships to deserving College of Business and Innovation students who apply and complete an essay. Preference is given to those that are a part of the EIC.
