The Talent Acquisition team is dedicated to attracting, identifying, and hiring top talent across both clinical and non-clinical enterprises. Our Talent Acquisition Specialists assist with creating requisitions, screening resumes, processing new hire paperwork, and coordinating onboarding logistics to ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. The Talent Acquisition Specialist collaborates with departments to ensure all aspects of the hiring lifecycle are completed accurately and efficiently, and all candidates experience a smooth, timely transition into the organization.

The Talent Acquisition Partners work collaboratively with hiring managers and leaders to drive effective recruitment strategies that align with departmental and university goals. The Talent Acquisition Partner collaborates with departments to thoroughly understand departmental needs and to develop tailored efforts to attract top-tier talent.
