Manager Planning Session

The Manager Planning Session is a collaborative consulting experience disgned to support managers in building or refining a structured onboarding approach and identifying meaningful learning and development opportunities for their team. Working alongside the Training & Organizational Development team, managers review current practices, align goals, and create practical, action-oriented plans tailored to their department.

What participants will gain:

The Learning Development Plan (LDP) is a tool designed to support employees in their professional growth and development. Whether onboarding as a new hire or continuing to build skills in a current role, the LDP helps employees identify learning opportunities, strengthen competencies, and develop the knowledge and abilities needed for long-term success and career growth.

Please request an individual consultation and take the Career Development Assessment, then a Training & OD member will contact you to implement the plan.
