Graduate students earn poster awards at Detroit Science Symposium

Alumnus discusses ties between chemical engineering and medical school 
September 2019: Zachary Holtzapple authored an article in the September issue of AIChE's Chemical and Engineering Progress about how chemical engineering prepared him for medical school. The article is available online.

September 2019: Daniel Reichenbach won the Donald F. & Mildred Topp Othmer Scholarship Award, which is award for the combination of academic achievement and involvement in student chapter activities.

Three graduate students earn Forbes under 30 scholar award 
September 2019: Hope Otor, Fabrice Kapiamba, Marcos Da Conceicao Acosta will attend the Forbes under 30 summit next month.

Professor Coleman becomes Department Chair 
July 2019: Maria Coleman, having been on the Chemical Engineering faculty since 1999, assumed the role of Department Chair on July 1st.
