Mechanical engineering ― A versatile Degree

Our department prides itself on comprehensive degree programs at the bachelor's, master's and doctoral levels. We also offer a graduate certificate in mechatronics.

The Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering degree program is accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission (EAC) of ABET,, under the General Criteria and the Program Criteria for Mechanical and Similarly Named Engineering Programs.

Seminar Series

Our department hosts weekly, hour-long educational seminars with industry partners and experts in the field. The seminars are mandatory for graduate students. We also encourage undergraduates to attend to learn about a variety of mechanical engineering research topics.
