University-wide Curriculum Deadlines
- To take effect for the 2025-2026 academic year schedule, all course modifications must be fully approved through Faculty Senate and Graduate Council by March 3, 2025.
Any modifications approved after that date will take effect in Summer 2026.
* This means that Graduate course modifications, submitted through CIM, must be received by Graduate Council by
February 04, 2025.
- To take effect for the 2025-2026 academic year schedule, all new courses must be fully approved through Faculty Senate and Graduate Council by March 25, 2025.
** This means that Graduate new courses, submitted through CIM, must be received by Graduate Council by
February 25, 2025.
- In order to be included in the 2025-2026 catalog, curriculum changes (including modifications and new proposals) must be fully approved
through Faculty Senate and the Graduate Council by March 25, 2025. (NOTE: new programs will also need to receive ODHE and HLC approval before appearing
in the catalog.)
- Any changes to admissions requirements must be submitted as a program modification in the CIM system
