WHEREAS, Dr. Jerry Van Hoy has provided dedicated and outstanding leadership to Graduate Council as Chair during the 2018-2019 academic year.

WHEREAS, Dr. Van Hoy provided exemplary leadership in the creation and discussion of the College of Graduate Studies Strategic Plan.

WHEREAS, Dr. Van Hoy has gracefully dealt with many challenges and resolved many issues for Graduate Council, graduate faculty and graduate students.

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that The University of Toledo Graduate Council extends its deepest gratitude and appreciation to Dr. Jerry Van Hoy for his efforts and guidance as Graduate Council Chair.
