How do I know if I Have a hold on my account?
You can look up any existing holds on your account by taking the following steps:
1. Log into Your MyUT Portal
2. In Your Student tab, Select "Student Profile" Under "My Registration Steps"
3. Navigate to the top right corner to view any holds on your account.
Clicking on this will reveal any holds you may have.
How do I clear a hold on my account?
1. Log into Your MyUT Portal
2. In Your Student tab, Select "Student Profile" Under "My Registration Steps"
3. Navigate to the top right corner and select "hold" to view all existing holds.
4. Any holds on your account will also include a phone number to the office that placed the hold.
We recommend calling the phone number to determine why the hold was replaced and what steps you will need to take to clear the hold.
