Employee Wellness
Wellness is an integration of a variety of dimensions including physical, emotional, intellectual, financial, and environmental. Everyone’s approach to wellness is unique. Longevity wellness refers to healthy activities and habits with the ultimate goal of living an active, longer life. Physical activity and nutrition are two widely known factors that contribute to living healthier and longer, but other components including lowered stress levels, social support, and positivity also a play a significant role.
UToledo offers a variety of programs to help meet employees where they are in their wellness and longevity journey.
