Guest Information

If you plan to attend Law Spring Commencement as a guest on Saturday, May 15, 2021, please review the details below. The ceremony begins at 10 a.m. at Savage Arena. Students must arrive between 9-9:45 a.m. to check-in at their assigned seats. Doors open for guests at 9 a.m.


Tickets

This will be a ticketed event with reserved social-distanced seating in accordance with local health regulations. Masks are required. Each graduate will be limited to four (4) ticketed guests. All guest ticketing information will be communicated directly to graduates after April 9. Livestream will be available for those unable to attend on our law commencement page (coming soon).


Accessibility

Accessible parking and seating will be available for individuals with disabilities or guests with limited mobility. Closed captioning will also be provided. Once you arrive at Savage Arena, please see a staff member for additional assistance.


Directions & Lodging

The commencement ceremony will take place in Savage Arena, which is located at 2025 N. Douglas Rd. Lodging options are a short drive from the campus, and many offer special UToledo rates. For more information, visit our directions and lodging page.


Parking

On May 15, free parking will be available in parking Areas 3, 4, 5, 6, and 10. We recommend parking in Areas 3, 4, 5, or 6 with overflow parking in Lot 10. Lot 12 is adjacent to the Law Center and will be used for the drive-through regalia return and diploma frame pick-up after the ceremony. Handicapped parking spaces are available adjacent to Savage Arena for individuals who have a state-issued handicapped card or plate.
